JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build financial models and client-specific reports for employee benefits plans
- Perform IBNR reserve analysis and stop-loss sensitivity for self-insured clients
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly claims and budget reporting
- Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI and VBA expected
- Hybrid role based in Atlanta; ideal for candidates with 3+ years benefits experience

- Claims and utilization trend analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of employee benefits experience with a broker/consultant or carrier

- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license within 90 days of hire
