JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for employee benefits underwriting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and renewal projections
- Support account teams and present findings to clients when appropriate
- Assign, monitor and peer review reports from underwriting team members
- Based in Bellevue, WA (Gallagher Benefit Services)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Employee benefits underwriting
- Financial analysis of benefits funding and rates
- Preparing renewal projections and periodic financial reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years' experience in employee benefits underwriting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Client-facing experience and strong analytical skills
