JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Analyze carrier data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Advise account teams and clients on funding, renewals and rate negotiations
- Use proprietary financial models and advanced Excel to produce deliverables
- Flexible work arrangement: remote anywhere in the US; hybrid preferred for Scottsdale locals
- Ideal for candidates with 3+ years in employee benefits and strong Excel skills
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Employee Benefits experience
- Knowledge of underwriting principles
- Experience analyzing funding levels and renewal projections
- Experience preparing client financial reports
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Mathematics or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of underwriting principles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
