JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Provide financial consulting for employee benefits including projections and plan modeling
- Perform large claim and stop-loss analysis and IBNR/reserving analytics
- Develop and present financial deliverables and client presentations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc data analytics
- Requires ASA or FSA and strong Excel skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA designation (explicitly required)
- 5+ years of employee benefits financial experience (minimum stated)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics
- Active Life/Accident and Health Insurance Agent License or obtain within one year
- Strong to expert Microsoft Excel skills
