JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Supervise insurance accounting for clients; manage premium, claims, and investment accounting
- Prepare and review IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS17, ASC 944, LDTI and NAIC SAP
- Client-facing advisory role within RSM Financial Consulting in Jacksonville, FL
- Manager-level position; 5+ years' insurance accounting experience, CPA preferred
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Insurance accounting including IFRS, statutory and US GAAP reporting
- Familiarity with IFRS17, LDTI, ASC 944 and NAIC SAP
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of insurance accounting experience (IFRS, US GAAP, statutory)
- Familiarity with IFRS17, LDTI, ASC 944 and NAIC SAP
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and regulatory filings
- Supervisory experience mentoring and managing staff
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
