JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead underwriting and analyst teams for employee benefits pricing and analysis
- Deliver advanced plan pricing and analysis for Health, Dental, and Vision
- Present analyses and recommendations directly to clients and producers
- Maintain carrier data, reporting systems, and financial tracking
- Requires 8+ years' experience, 1+ year managing a team of 3+, and advanced Excel
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Employee benefits underwriting and pricing
- Experience with carrier data and reporting systems
- Analyzing fully-insured health, dental, and vision renewals
- Client-facing pricing and RFP/presentation experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
- One (1) or more years managing a team of at least three individuals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Insurance License required within 90 days
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
