JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage delivery of actuarial services for cash balance and traditional DB plans
- Prepare DB plan valuations, Form 5500, Schedule SB, and PBGC premium forms
- Supervise, recruit, train and review work of Global Employer Services staff
- Participate in business development and marketing of actuarial products
- Based in Cleveland, OH; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years actuarial services experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial valuations for cash balance plans
- Traditional defined benefit plan valuations
- Form 5500, Schedule SB and PBGC premium preparation
- Non-discrimination testing and cross-testing with defined contribution plans
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Five (5) or more years of prior experience in actuarial services
- Bachelor's degree required (Math, Actuarial Science or Business preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience preparing DB valuations and regulatory filings (Form 5500, Schedule SB, PBGC)
- Supervisory experience managing actuarial staff and reviewing work product
