Manage delivery of actuarial services for cash balance and traditional DB plans
Prepare DB plan valuations, Form 5500, Schedule SB, and PBGC premium forms
Supervise, recruit, train and review work of Global Employer Services staff
Participate in business development and marketing of actuarial products
Based in Cleveland, OH; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years actuarial services experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Form 5500, Schedule SB and PBGC premium preparation
Non-discrimination testing and cross-testing with defined contribution plans

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Five (5) or more years of prior experience in actuarial services
Bachelor's degree required (Math, Actuarial Science or Business preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
Experience preparing DB valuations and regulatory filings (Form 5500, Schedule SB, PBGC)
Supervisory experience managing actuarial staff and reviewing work product
