JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Manage delivery of actuarial services for cash balance and traditional DB plans
  • Prepare DB plan valuations, Form 5500, Schedule SB, and PBGC premium forms
  • Supervise, recruit, train and review work of Global Employer Services staff
  • Participate in business development and marketing of actuarial products
  • Based in Cleveland, OH; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years actuarial services experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial valuations for cash balance plans
  • Traditional defined benefit plan valuations
  • Form 5500, Schedule SB and PBGC premium preparation
  • Non-discrimination testing and cross-testing with defined contribution plans

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Five (5) or more years of prior experience in actuarial services
  • Bachelor's degree required (Math, Actuarial Science or Business preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Experience preparing DB valuations and regulatory filings (Form 5500, Schedule SB, PBGC)
  • Supervisory experience managing actuarial staff and reviewing work product
