- Building and scaling actuarial or technical teams

- Executive stakeholder relationship management
- Driving revenue through product and commercial partnerships
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Led build or distribution of high-touch underwriting commercial P&C products in admitted market
- Proven track record hiring, developing, and leading actuarial or technical teams
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams or acting as GM
- Strong industry network to open doors with executive insurance stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial outcomes and present to clients/leadership
