Head of Annuity Financial Projection Models at MassMutual leading the Modeling Center of Excellence in Springfield/Boston, MA. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead design, development and governance of annuity financial projection models
  • Support FP&A, ALM, capital planning and stress testing for annuity products
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing modeling team
  • Ensure model compliance with US Statutory, LDTI GAAP and regulatory standards
  • Based in Springfield, MA or Boston, MA (onsite)

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Annuity projection modeling for valuation and forecasting
  • Financial projection models for ALM and capital planning
  • Regulatory frameworks such as US Statutory, LDTI and GAAP
  • Model governance, validation and documentation frameworks

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA or equivalent actuarial designation required
  • 10+ years of actuarial modeling experience
  • 5+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Expertise in annuity projection models, valuation and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with Prophet highly preferred
