JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Life & Health financial projection models for FP&A, ALM and capital planning
  • Manage and develop a high-performing modeling team within the Modeling COE
  • Ensure model governance, validation, and regulatory compliance (US Statutory, LDTI GAAP)
  • Strategic role based in Springfield, MA or Boston, MA (onsite)
  • FSA required with 10+ years actuarial modeling experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial projection modelling for life and health products
  • Leading model development, production, and teams
  • Financial projection models for FP&A, ALM and capital planning
  • Valuation frameworks and regulatory compliance (US Statutory, LDTI GAAP)
  • Model governance, validation and documentation frameworks

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • FSA or equivalent actuarial designation required
  • 10+ years working with actuarial models, including 5+ years managing teams
  • Deep experience with financial projection models and valuation frameworks
  • Proven knowledge of US Statutory and LDTI GAAP regulatory requirements
  • Experience with AXIS; familiarity with Prophet or MGALFA is an asset
