JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead product vision and multi-year roadmap for CCG and BCNC
  • Own pricing strategy and profitability levers for employer/ASO products
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation to launch to optimization
  • Manage and mentor product managers and analysts; build cross-functional teams
  • Require 10+ years experience and 5+ years leading teams, ASO expertise

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of strategic or product development experience (12+ in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years leading teams or managing direct staff
  • Proven success in pricing strategy; underwriting or actuarial experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of payer products and ASO marketplace
  • Strong financial modelling and ROI analysis experience
