JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead reinsurance pricing for assumed treaties and overall portfolio
  • Develop and enhance pricing tools, methodologies and frameworks
  • Partner with underwriting, finance, reserving, and risk on analytics
  • Manage and mentor actuarial staff and support CAS exam progression
  • Flexible/remote work arrangements with periodic travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Reinsurance treaty pricing
  • Assumed reinsurance portfolio management
  • Experience and exposure pricing tools at a reinsurance company
  • Leadership of actuarial teams (4+ years)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of reinsurance pricing experience
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with experience and exposure pricing tools at a reinsurer
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required
  • Experience working with economic capital modeling and reserving partners
