• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of health actuarial experience
• ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
• 6+ years of experience leading teams
• 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
• 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
• 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms
• Experience with group insurance products
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Experience with health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams
• Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
