You’ll advise payers, providers, health plans, and insurance clients on pricing, product design, reimbursement models, value-based care, forecasting, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with progression to FSA or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average based on work and clients

Nice to have

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
