Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average
Strongly preferred
8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
