ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health care reform (individual, small group, Medicaid)
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
