8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams

6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
