You’ll advise health plans, providers, and health systems on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of health actuarial experience and an ASA, FSA, or career ASA designation, with travel averaging 50%.

Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform involving individual, small group, or state Medicaid markets
