You will lead teams and advise executives on pricing, product and plan design, reimbursement and value-based care models, risk adjustment, and financial performance.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
Ability to travel 50% on average
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Strongly preferred

8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
