Senior Manager Health actuarial consulting role in Cleveland, Ohio, supporting payers, providers, health systems, and insurers. You’ll lead teams and advise executive clients on pricing, product strategy, reimbursement models, value-based care, trend forecasting, and financial performance.
Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA
Ability to travel 50%, on average
Strongly preferred
8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform in individual/small group/Medicaid markets
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
