You’ll advise health plans, providers, and health systems on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modelling, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Must have

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of health actuarial experience
ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation

Strongly preferred

Ability to travel 50%, on average
8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
6+ years of experience leading teams
6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform
