You’ll advise health plans, providers, and health systems on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modelling, and financial performance while leading client engagements and teams.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years health actuarial experience
- ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
- Ability to travel 50%
Strongly preferred
- 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
- 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
- 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms
- 6+ years of experience with group insurance products
- 6+ years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
- 6+ years of experience with health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
