Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of health actuarial experience
  • ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
  • Ability to travel 50% on average

Strongly preferred

  • 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading teams
  • 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
  • 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including VBC or ACO modeling
  • 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health care reform involving individual/small group/Medicaid markets
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
