Senior Manager health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Raleigh, North Carolina Human Capital practice. You will advise payers, providers, health plans, and insurers on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modelling, and financial performance while leading client engagements and teams.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of health actuarial experience
  • ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
  • Ability to travel 50% on average

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading teams
  • 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
  • 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
  • 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
