You will advise health plans, providers, and health systems on pricing, product strategy, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modelling, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to senior clients.

Requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of health actuarial experience
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA
  • Ability to travel 50% on average
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Strongly preferred

  • 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading teams
  • 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
  • 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including value-based care or ACO modeling
  • 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, M&A, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
