Senior Manager health actuarial consulting role in Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering, based in San Diego. You’ll advise health plans, providers, and other health care organizations on pricing, product design, value-based care, predictive modeling, and strategic transformation while leading teams and presenting to senior stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of health actuarial experience, ASA/FSA-level credentials, and approximately 50% travel.
Requirements
Strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of health actuarial experience
- ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
- Ability to travel 50%, on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- 6+ years of experience leading teams
