Senior Manager health actuarial consulting role with Deloitte’s Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You’ll advise payers, providers, health systems, and insurance clients on pricing, product strategy, reimbursement models, value-based care, predictive modeling, and financial performance while leading teams and presenting to executives.

Requirements

Must have

  • 10+ years of health actuarial experience
  • ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 50% on average

Strongly preferred

  • 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading teams
  • 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
  • 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
  • 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment mechanisms, group insurance products, mergers and acquisitions, or health care reform involving individual medical, small group, or state Medicaid markets
