You’ll advise health plans, payers, providers, and health systems on pricing, product design, reimbursement, value-based care, predictive modeling, and financial performance while leading client engagements and teams.
Requirements
Strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of health actuarial experience
- ASA or FSA designation (career ASA considered)
- Ability to travel 50% on average
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lead projects, manage tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to mentor and guide others
Nice to have
- 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance experience
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
- 6+ years of experience with reimbursement models including VBC/ACO
- 6+ years of experience with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health reform
