Requirements

- ASA with progression to FSA, FSA, or career ASA designation
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, for client engagements
Strongly preferred
- 8+ years of consulting, health plan, or insurance company experience
- 6+ years of experience leading teams
- 6+ years of experience with product design or product strategy
- 6+ years with reimbursement models, including value-based care or ACO modeling
- 6+ years with risk adjustment, group insurance, M&A, or health care reform
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
