JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Manage health benefits client projects (financial projections, carrier selection, renewal negotiations)
- Lead and develop junior actuarial analysts
- Present deliverables to clients and serve as primary financial contact
- Hybrid role â 3 days/week in office (multiple US locations)
- Support for progression toward ASA/FSA with paid study time and exam bonuses
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Health benefits consulting
- Employer health plan financial analysis
- Underwriting or projection of health care costs
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of actuarial field experience
- Demonstrated ability to pass SOA exams (preferred ASA/FSA)
- Proven managerial experience
- BA/BS in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, or economics
- Consulting experience preferred
