JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead analytics engagements for employer health and welfare plans
Design measurement strategies, cohort analyses, scorecards, and dashboards
Partner with Financial, Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) to deliver client insights
Manage multiple projects and provide quality review of actuarial deliverables
Hybrid role based in New York with occasional travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

health and welfare plan analytics and management
measurement strategy and population health analytics
experience with data warehouse/vendor tools (Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti, Merative)
managing and growing large client relationships and revenue generation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

8+ years’ experience with health and welfare plan analytics or consultative roles
Bachelor’s degree required
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
Proven ability to manage and grow large client relationships and generate revenue
Experience with commercial data warehouse/carrier tools (e.g. Artemis, Cedar Gate)
