JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead health analytics engagements for employer benefit programs
  • Design measurement strategies, cohort analyses, and population health dashboards
  • Partner with FAA (Financial, Actuarial, Analytics) to deliver analytic insights
  • Client-facing role with revenue-generation and relationship growth responsibilities
  • Hybrid role based in New York with occasional travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • design/management of health and welfare plans
  • measurement strategy and population health analytics
  • data warehouse solutions and vendor evaluations
  • experience with commercial data warehouse/carrier tools (e.g. Artemis, Cotiviti)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years’ experience in health/benefits analytics or consultative environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days
  • Proven ability to manage/grow client relationships and generate revenue
  • Expertise with commercial data warehouse/carrier tools (Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti)
