JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead analytics engagements for employer health and welfare clients
  • Deliver population health, cohort and cost-driver analyses
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards; evaluate data warehouse vendors
  • Client-facing role with revenue growth and cross-selling responsibilities
  • Hybrid working style based in New York; occasional travel

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • health and welfare plan design/management
  • population health analytics and cohort analysis
  • data warehouse vendor evaluation and implementation
  • experience with commercial data warehouse tools (Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti, Merative)
  • managing and growing large client relationships

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years' experience designing/managing health and welfare plans
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and generate revenue
  • Expertise with commercial data warehouse/carrier tools (eg Artemis, Cedar Gate)
