Lead and sell large health analytics engagements (population health, scorecards, cost-driver analysis)
Oversee consultants and project managers; finalize and present deliverables to clients
Develop new health analytics tools and partner with data warehouse vendors
Hybrid working style based in San Francisco with occasional travel
Director-level role requiring 10+ years in health analytics and a Life & Health license

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

health and welfare analytics
population health analytics
pre/post program implementations
commercial data warehouse/carrier tools (Artemis, Cedar Gate, Cotiviti, Merative)
HIPAA and data security compliance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years' experience in health analytics, consulting, carrier, or data warehouse environments
Bachelor's degree required
State Life & Health license required within 90 days of joining
Deep understanding of HIPAA and data security protocols
Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships
