You will develop financial models, analytic tools, dashboards, and reusable intellectual capital for employer-sponsored health and group benefits (medical, dental, life, disability, voluntary). The role supports plan design, funding strategies, vendor reviews, claims reporting, and partners with Client Service and Global Delivery Centers.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop and enhance financial models, analytic tools, dashboards, and IC assets
- Apply actuarial and financial expertise across employer-sponsored health and group benefits
- Support plan design, cost avoidance, funding strategies, and pricing methodologies
- Deliver claims reporting and financial projections to support FAA teams
- Collaborate with Client Service teams and Global Delivery Centers for delivery
