JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead health and benefits analytics engagements for employer clients
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI
- Manage data warehouse implementations and vendor relationships
- Conduct cohort, cost-driver, and population health analyses
- Client-facing role with business development and mentoring duties
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Analyzing health and welfare plan data
- Experience with medical, pharmacy, and point solution data
- Validating vendor configurations in data warehouses
- Managing data warehouse implementations and vendor relationships
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years analyzing health and welfare plan data
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of hire
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Strong understanding of medical, pharmacy, and health vendor data
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
