- Client-facing role with business development and mentoring responsibilities
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Group medical, pharmacy, dental and disability analytics
- Population health and cost-driver analysis
- Scorecard and dashboard development for clients
- Healthcare data warehouse implementations (Cedar Gate, Merative, Cotiviti)
- Vendor impact evaluations and RFP support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Deep understanding of healthcare and benefits data
- Experience delivering analytics for group health, pharmacy, dental, or disability
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data warehouses (e.g., Cedar Gate, Merative, Cotiviti)
- Proven ability to lead analytics projects and manage vendor relationships
