Role Summary

Health actuarial consultant role supporting Health & Benefits engagements (self-insured employer plans) in Atlanta, GA. You will develop costing and budgeting analyses, set health care budget rates, support IBNP reserve development, build cost-saving models, and present results to clients. The role is client-facing, supports sales efforts, and is suitable for an ASA or near-ASA with ~4+ years of health actuarial experience.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of health and benefits actuarial work experience
  • Previous experience at HR consulting, outsourcing firm, broker, or health carrier
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Client-facing consulting experience with presentations and benchmarking work
