VP-level health and benefits actuarial role in Aon's US consulting practice. You will lead actuarial work for employer health clients, including IBNP reserving, budgeting, contribution setting, and client-facing financial advice. Hybrid role based in Columbus, OH (2–3 days/week in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial work and client teams for health and benefits engagements
- Perform IBNP reserve development and project savings/cost projections
- Drive budgeting and contribution setting for employer health plans
- Mentor junior actuaries and ensure quality of actuarial deliverables
- Hybrid role — 2–3 days per week in office (Columbus, OH and other US locations)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA or ASA designation required
- 10+ years of industry experience (carrier or health consulting)
