Role is client-facing within the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) practice in Dallas, TX and involves leading engagements for medium-to-large clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Deliver financial and actuarial analyses for employer health and group benefits
  • Develop financial models, claim reporting and rate/contribution workstreams
  • Lead engagements for medium-to-large clients and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with vendors, global delivery centers and client service teams
  • Based in Dallas, TX; client-facing consulting role

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Health and welfare financial/actuarial analysis
  • Employee benefit plan design and funding concepts
  • Client relationship management and revenue generation
  • Claims reporting and financial modeling
  • Experience in consulting or brokerage engagements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of health and welfare financial/actuarial experience
  • Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
