- Health & Benefits analytics experience
- Consulting or brokerage experience with 10+ years
- Client-facing experience with complex organizations
- Experience developing teams and mentoring junior staff
- Experience delivering technical oversight on actuarial models
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years in Health & Benefits analytics, actuarial, or financial experience
- 10+ years in consulting or brokerage experience
- Strong client-facing experience with complex organizations
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver analytical insights
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex data analysis
