KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years in Health & Benefits analytics, actuarial, or financial experience
  • 10+ years in consulting or brokerage experience
  • Strong client-facing experience with complex organizations
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver analytical insights
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex data analysis
