  • Client-facing experience with complex organizations
  • Proven project leadership in analytics engagements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years of Health & Benefits analytics, actuarial, or financial experience
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or brokerage
  • Strong client-facing experience with complex organizations
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver meaningful analytical insights
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex data analysis
