JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Work on employer health and group benefits financial analyses and plan design
- Model plan design alternatives, calculate reserves and deliver claim reporting
- Prepare client deliverables and partner with Global Delivery Centers

- Associate-level role requiring 2+ years’ relevant experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Benefit consulting or health underwriting experience
- Knowledge of health and welfare products and services
- Experience with carrier claim reporting
- Financial modeling and claim reporting for benefits
- Modeling plan design and calculating reserves
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years’ professional experience, ideally in benefits consulting or health underwriting/actuarial
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with carrier claim reporting
