DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Benefits consulting / brokerage experience
- Self-insured and fully-insured pricing and funding modelling
- Stop-loss analysis, credibility methods and pooling point analysis
- Reserving, forecasting and scenario modelling for health plans
- Plan design modelling and vendor/carrier assessments
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years in professional services or benefits consulting, brokerage, underwriting, or actuarial role
- Bachelor's degree required
- State Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead multiple client projects and coach junior colleagues
