DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Benefit consulting or health underwriting experience
- Experience across employer health and group benefits including medical, dental, life, disability
- Experience with big data analytic techniques
- Proven experience leading client engagements and managing deliverables
- State Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in professional services or carrier actuarial/underwriting
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Proven ability to lead multiple client engagements and manage deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products (medical, dental, life, disability)
- Experience using big-data analytic techniques
