DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Benefit consulting or health underwriting experience
Experience across employer health and group benefits including medical, dental, life, disability
Experience with big data analytic techniques
Proven experience leading client engagements and managing deliverables
State Life and Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days

KEY REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of experience in professional services or carrier actuarial/underwriting
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
Proven ability to lead multiple client engagements and manage deliverables
Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products (medical, dental, life, disability)
Experience using big-data analytic techniques
