  • Hybrid working model based on team, role and client needs (Chicago-based)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies
  • Experience in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • State Life & Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
