- 5+ years' professional services experience (benefits consulting, brokerage, or carrier actuarial/underwriting)
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and underwriting/funding concepts
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and deliver on time
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
