Model plan design alternatives and calculate reserves for medical, dental, life, disability
Present complex financial and analytic results to clients and partner teams
Hybrid role based in Boston with a mix of remote and in-office work
Requires 5+ years' professional services or insurer underwriting/actuarial experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial experience
Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and services
Underwriting and funding concepts experience
Experience with big data analytic techniques (preferred)
State Life and Health license (required within 90 days)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

5+ years' experience in benefit consulting, brokerage, or insurer actuarial/underwriting
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and underwriting/funding concepts
Proven ability to lead multiple projects and deliver client work on time
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
